**CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN TERMS**

**GENERAL:**

1. By placing an order electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other relevant laws in effect regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
3. Shipment costs (i.e., shipping fees) will be borne by the buyers.
4. Each product purchased will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within 30 days, provided that this period does not exceed the legal limit of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
5. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, along with all related documents, such as a warranty certificate or user manual, if applicable.
6. In the event that the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days from becoming aware of it, and the total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

**IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:**

1. If the buyer fails to pay the price of the purchased product or if the payment is canceled in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.

**PURCHASES MADE USING UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:**

1. If it is determined that the product was purchased using the buyer's credit card by unauthorized persons after the product has been delivered, and the price of the sold product is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs covered by the seller.

**IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:**

1. In the event of force majeure beyond the seller’s control, and if the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the payment will be refunded within 14 days if made in cash. If the payment was made by credit card and the order is canceled, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but the bank may transfer the funds to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.

**BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:**

1. The buyer must inspect the goods/services before accepting delivery and must not accept any damaged or defective goods/services (e.g., crushed, broken, or torn packaging) from the courier company. Accepted goods/services will be deemed to be undamaged and in good condition. After delivery, the buyer must carefully protect the goods/services. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used, and the invoice must be returned along with the product.

**RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:**

1. The buyer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract without assuming any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to themselves or the person/organization they have designated, provided they notify the seller through the contact details provided below.

**WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:**

1. If the purchased product is a service, the 14-day withdrawal period begins from the date the contract is signed. In service contracts where the provision of services has started with the consumer's approval before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
2. The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.
3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the seller by registered mail, fax, or email within the 14-day period, and the product must not be used in accordance with the "Non-Returnable Products" provisions set out in this contract.

**EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:**

1. The invoice for the product delivered to the buyer or a third party must be returned (if the product being returned was invoiced to a business, it must be accompanied by a return invoice issued by the business). Orders that are invoiced to institutions cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.
2. The return form, and the product to be returned, along with its box, packaging, and any standard accessories, must be delivered complete and undamaged.

**RETURN CONDITIONS:**

1. The seller is obliged to refund the total price and return the documents that put the buyer in debt within 10 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal and must accept the return of the product within 20 days.
2. If the value of the goods decreases due to the buyer’s fault, or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer is responsible for compensating the seller's losses in proportion to the buyer's fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes and deterioration in the goods that occur due to proper use during the withdrawal period.
3. If the amount of the campaign limit used in the promotion drops below the campaign limit due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be canceled.

**NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS:**

1. Products that are prepared in accordance with the buyer’s personal preferences or needs, and that cannot be returned; lower body undergarments, swimwear bottoms, makeup products, single-use items, goods that are prone to deterioration or may expire, items whose packaging has been opened by the buyer and which are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature, periodicals such as newspapers and magazines other than those provided under subscription agreements, services performed instantly in electronic environments, or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, and computer consumables cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened by the buyer. In addition, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that begin with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the withdrawal period as per the Regulation.
2. Cosmetics and personal care products, undergarments, swimwear, bikinis, books, downloadable software programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, as well as stationery supplies (toners, cartridges, ribbons, etc.), must be unopened, unused, and undamaged to be eligible for return.

**DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:**

1. If the buyer defaults on payment by credit card, the buyer agrees, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest under the credit card agreement with their bank and be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may pursue legal remedies, claim the expenses and attorney's fees from the buyer, and in any case, if the buyer defaults due to their debt, the buyer agrees to pay the seller's losses and damages due to the delayed performance of the debt.
